THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 28th day of May, 1957, by <br />and between BOSSELMAN & EATON, INC., a Nebraska corporation with,its principal <br />place of business at Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called LANDLORD, and <br />THE FIRESTONE TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY, an Ohio corporations hereinafter called <br />TENANT, WITNESSETH THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto e0 fed into a lease dated November 27, <br />1956, covering the premises on Highway 3 %pof Grand Island, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described in said lease, which lease was recorded in Book 4 of <br />Miscellaneous, Page 3159 Hall County, Nebraska; <br />WHEREAS, said lease provides that the ten -year lease term shall com- <br />mence on the first day of the month following completion of building ,to be_, <br />erected by LANDLORD; and <br />WHEREAS, said building was substantially completed and delivered to <br />TENANT on or before April 1, 1957: <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the payment of One Dollar ($1.00) <br />and other good and valuable considerations received by LANDLORD to its full <br />satisfaction from TENANT, and in further consideration of the premises and of <br />the covenants and agreements of the parties hereinafter set forth,'it is <br />mutually agreed as follows: <br />Said lease term shall have commenced on April 12 1957, and the renewa <br />options set forth in Sections 23 and 24 of said lease shall begin on April 1, <br />1967, and April 1, 1972, respectively.
