<br />"to Herman Quandt a real estate mortgage upon Lots Five (5) and Six (6)
<br />in Block Seventy -one (71) of the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to secure the promissory note dated
<br />January, 13, 1957 made by Raymond C. Harris, Marie Harris and Full
<br />Gospel Revival Center in Grand - Island, Nebraska, by its Pastor, Raymond
<br />C. Harris, and by its Trustees John Van Vleet, Wayne Kirschbauk, George
<br />Collins, Harry C. Ogden and Laurence L. Olson, payable to Herman Quandt
<br />in the sum of $8,000.00 with interest thereon at 5% per annug, principal
<br />and interest payable $200.00 on October 1, 1957 and a like sum on the
<br />first day of each month thereafter until said full principal sum of
<br />$8,000.00 plus interest thereon has been fully paid. ";
<br />by the following vote:
<br />Total number of members present and voting 20
<br />Total number of members present voting. "Aye" for the
<br />adoption of said Resolution 20
<br />Total number of members present voting "No" for the
<br />adoption of said Resolution 0 ;
<br />that more than two - thirds of the total number of members present and voting at said
<br />meeting voted in favor of the adoption of said Resolution;
<br />I do further certify that at said meting of the members of Full Gospel Revival
<br />Center in Grand Island, Nebraska, held at 12 o'clock Noon on May 19, 1957 in the
<br />church edifice of said Full Gospel Revival Center in Grand Island, Nebraska situated
<br />at 504 East Second Street in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the following
<br />Resolution was adopted, to wit:
<br />"BE IT RESOLVED by the members of Full Gospel Revival Center in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, an incorporated Class 2 religious association having
<br />a church edifice and regular place of meeting in said City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, that the premises described as Lots Five
<br />(5) and Six (6) in Block Seventy -one (71) of the Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, and all furniture
<br />and fixtures therein contained be sold tb the local Trustees for the
<br />Church of God of Prophecy at Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska for
<br />the use and benefit of the Church of God of Prophecy, with headquarters
<br />at Bible Place, Cleveland, Tennessee, and their successors and assigns,
<br />subject to all unpaid paving assessments heretofore levied against said
<br />real estate and subject to the real estate mortgage against the same
<br />now of record in Book 114 at Page 597 of the real estate mortgage records
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska and durther subject to the real estate mortgage
<br />against said premises authorized by the Resolution just previously
<br />adopted by this congregation at this meeting to secure the $8,000.00
<br />promissory note to Herman Quandt, the indebtednesses which said mortgages
<br />secure to be assumed by said local Trustees for the Church of God of
<br />Prophecy at Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska and upon said purchasers
<br />paying in cash the sum of $272.07, being the balance owing on the expenses
<br />of organizing and incorporating said Full Gospel Revival Center in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska and including the amount owing on the insurance policy
<br />now in effect on the improvements on the above described premises,
<br />and that the Pastor, Reverend Raymond C. Harris, and the Trustees,
<br />Georae Collins ' Wayne Kirschbaum , Harter G. Orden ,
<br />and Laurence L. Olson ,- of said incor-
<br />porated religious association, Full Gospel Revival Center in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, be and they heretr are aut'_Jorized and empowered to
<br />make, execute, acknowledge and deliver to said purchasers a good and
<br />sufficient warranty deed on behalf of this incorporated religious
<br />association, conveying said premises in accordance with this Resolution.",
