<br />Is Kathryn Patterson , being first duly sworn on my oath depose and say
<br />and hereby certify that I am Secretary of Full Gospel Revival Center in Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, an incorporated Class 2 religious Association, located at Grand Island in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; that the following is a true and exact copy of the notice of
<br />the meeting held for the purpose therein stated, and that said notice was given
<br />at all regular morning weekly services of said Full Gospel Revival Center in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska at the church edifice of said religious corporation located at
<br />504 East Second Street in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on April 28, 1957,
<br />May 5, 1957 and May 12, 1957, to wit:
<br />NOTICE TO ALL MEKBERS OF FULL GOSPEL REVIVAL CENTER
<br />IN GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br />You are hereby notified that on the 19th day of Maly, 1957 at the hour
<br />of 12 o'clock Noon of said day at the church edifice of said Full Gospel
<br />Revival Center in Grand Island, Nebraska, situated at 504 East Second
<br />Street in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a meeting on members of
<br />of said Church will be held for the purpose of passing up the mortgaging g g in g
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Seventy -one (71) of
<br />the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, situated
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to secure the payment of a loan to said religious association in the sum
<br />of $8,000.00 which is evidenced by the written promissory note dated
<br />January 13, 1957 made by Raymond C. Harris, Marie Harris and said Full
<br />Gospel Revival Center in Grand Island, Nebraska, to Herman Quandt, which
<br />promissory note bears interest at 5% per annum from January 13, 1957 and
<br />which principal and interest is payable: $200.00 on October 1, 1957, and
<br />a like sum on the first day of each month thereafter until said full prin-
<br />cipal am of $8,000.00 plus interest thereon has been paid, said monthly
<br />payments of $200.00 to be applied first in payment of accrued interest and
<br />any balance to be applied to a reduction of the principal;
<br />Said meeting of the members of said Church will also be held for the
<br />purpose of passing upon the sale of the above described real estate by
<br />said Full Gospel Revival Center in Grand Island, Nebraska to the local
<br />Trustees for the Church of God of Prophecy at Grand Island in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska for the use and benefit of the Church of God of Prophecy, with
<br />headquarters at Bible Place, Cleveland, Tennessee, and their successors
<br />and assigns, for the am of $272.07, being the balance owing on the ex-
<br />penses of organizing and incorporating said Full Gospel Revival Center in
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska and the cost of the insurance policy on the improve -
<br />ments on said premises, and upon aid purchasers assuming the paving
<br />assessments now against said real estate and the mortgage against said real
<br />estate for the sum of $8,000.00 plus accrued interest recorded in.Book 114
<br />at Page 597 of the Real Estate Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the $8,000.00 promissory, note according to its terms.above described
<br />in favor of Herman Quandt.
