about June 25, 1950, an additional amount of $12. 02 was paid to the <br />Director of Internal Revenue because of the failure to establish credit <br />for that amount in payment of state inheritance and state estate tax. <br />The facts herein set forth are all within my personal <br />knowledge and I know that the entire amount of liability for federal estate <br />tax of the estate of Arthur C.
