AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this 4th day of May , 19 57 between <br />Robert L. Clark and Frances R. Clark as vendor(s) <br />and Donald D. Dudgeon and Imogene M. Dudgeon as purchaser(s). <br />WITNESSETH, that vendor(s) sells to the purchaser(s) the following described property, to -wit: <br />Lot Sixteen (16), Block Fourteen (14), Ashton Plaae , an Addition <br />to City of Grand Island, in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, together with <br />and andirons <br />Air- conditioner, Fire place log/ and T.V. Antenna..and livingroom drapes. <br />and all appurtenances thereto belonging, for which purchaser(s) agrees to pay the aggregate sum of <br />Ninety Three Hundred Fifty and No /loo - - - - - - - - - Dollars ($ 9350.00 <br />payable as follows: <br />Cash in hand Seven Hundred and No /loo - - - - - - - - - - - Dollars ($ 700.00 <br />payment whereof to B. F. Douthit in escrow is hereby acknowledged. <br />Balance Eighty Six Hundred Fifty and No /loo - - - - - - -- - .Dollars ($ 8650.00 ) <br />at the office of B. F. Douthit, on June 15th 1957. Vendors agree to pay a prorata portion <br />of the 1957 realestate tax to June 15th 1957 using the amount of the 1956 tax as a <br />basis of calculation. <br />The vendor(s) agrees to: furnish purchaser(s) or assigns, on or before ' June 15 19 57 a legible <br />and sufficient abstract of title showing merchantable title to above described real property in vendor(s); upon pay- <br />ment of entire purchase price, deliver a warranty deed conveying such real property to purchaser(s) or assigns, free <br />and clear of ineumbrances�� t This contract is made contingent upon purchasers being <br />able to procure a loan of ;8100.00 through FHA guarantee thru any lending agency for <br />a 20 year loan.
