IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />WALTER F. BAADE and ALMA H. <br />BAADE, <br />vs. <br />WILLIAM F. MUSIL and <br />E. LUCILE MUS IL, <br />Plaintiffs, <br />Defendants. <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />You are hereby notified that on the 20th day of April, 1957, Walter <br />F. Baade and Alma H. Baade, plaintiffs, filed their petition and action in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against William F. Musil and E. Lucile <br />Musil, defendants, the object and prayer of which is for strict foreclosure of <br />a certain contract in writing for the sale of the following described real <br />estate, toy -wit: <br />Thb Southeast Quarter (SE-1) of Section Seventeen (17), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the <br />6th Prime Meridian, except a tract of land in the North- <br />east corner thereof described as follows: Commencing at <br />the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter, running <br />thence south fifty -nine (59) rods, thence west twenty --one <br />and 4159th (21 & 4159) rods, thence north fifty -nine <br />(59) rods, thence east twenty -one and 4159th (21 & 4159) <br />rods to the place of beginning, in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />said contract for sale of said property being entered by said plaintiffs and <br />defendants on the 12th day of February, 1954. <br />Plaintiffs claim that defendants are in default of the terms of said <br />contract and they pray for strict foreclosure of said contract, and that said <br />defendants be forever barred and foreclosed of all right, title, interest, claim, <br />and equity of redemption in and to said land and premises, or any part thereof, <br />and for costs of said action filed in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Dated this 20th day of April, 1957. <br />WALTER F.
