ESTATE CONSENT <br />(herein called the Undersigned) are the owners or have an interest in the real estate or bowling lanes <br />on which - -(o Brunswick Automatic Pinsetters are to be installed by <br />(herein called the Buyer) said real estate being described as: <br />Lot 7 ilk. 63 Criuinal Town o-' Gr-.nd Island <br />In consideration of the extension of credit by THE BRUNSWICK - MURRAY AUTOMATIC PINSETTER <br />CORPORATION, of 623 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago 5, Illinois, (herein called Brunswick) to the <br />Buyer for the purchase of Brunswick Automatic Pinsetters, the Undersigned waive in favor of Brunswick <br />any lien, claim or interest which the Undersigned may have or hereafter acquire as to the Automatic <br />Pinsetters, and further consent to the removal of the Automatic Pinsetters by Brunswick in the event <br />the Buyer should default under the terms of his agreement with Brunswick. <br />B -M Corp.
