Straub acquired title to said real estate <br />by warranty deed. from ?Melvin L. rTodges and ';Mabel Hod^;es, hus- <br />band and wife, dated July 12, 1932, which deed was filed for <br />record on October 29, 1932, and recorded in °ook 71 of the <br />Deed Records of said county at page 613 thereof; that the said <br />Vincent d.
