EASEMENT FOR POWER LINES <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned desire that the lots, tracts, and <br />parcels of land owned by them hereinafter described, be served with <br />electrical energy and for that purpose desire to grant unto the <br />City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, an easement or right -of -way for a power line. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, we, the undersigned, for and in consideration <br />of the construction of said power line, and of the furnishing of <br />service connections with said power line, do hereby grant and con- <br />vey unto the City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, in the <br />said County of Hall, an easement or right -of -way, over, along and <br />across the East-Ton feet of the West Sixty Three feet of Lots 230, <br />231, 232, 233 and 234, in West Lawn, an addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, said right -of -way being <br />granted for the purpose of constructing a electric power line to <br />serve the premises herein described. <br />'The grantors hereby grant unto said City of Grand Island, <br />the right to enter upon said premises and to construct said power <br />line and to thereafter have ingress and egress on said right -of- <br />way for the purpose of repairing, extending, and renewing said <br />power line. <br />It is understood and agreed that the rights herein conveyed <br />shall be perpetual and shall extend to, and be binding upon the <br />heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives and <br />assigns of the grantors herein and shall be binding upon all suc- <br />cessors in title to the real estate herein described. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this <br />the _ day of 1957. <br />Witness <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA} <br />) sq. <br />County of Hall ) <br />On this day of `YhG -t�.L, 1957, before me, the under- <br />signed, a Notary Public duly commissioned for and residing in said <br />county, personally came Louie Matousek and Celia Matousek, husband <br />and wife, to me known to be the identical persons who have subscribed <br />their names to the foregoing instrument as grantors, and they sev- <br />erally acknowledged the execution of said instrument to be their <br />voluntary act and deed for the purposes therein expressed. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have here�rinto set my hand and affixed <br />my net arial seal, at Grand Island, the' day ark year first atove <br />wtitten. <br />Notary Public <br />My Commission expires r s7 <br />F <br />'i Frid•itlaUfi ;;> <br />F11.ed 'or -re cord March 29, 1957, at 10;35 A.M.
