AF F I D A V IT <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />I, James Livingston, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being first <br />duly sworn, deposes that: <br />I am, and at all times herein mentioned was, funeral director, <br />duly licensed by the Department of Health of the State of Nebraska. <br />I am well acquainted with Vernon R. Chapman and Cecel C. <br />Chapman, husband and wife, who are the rantees who appear as <br />grantees as Joint Tenants of Lot Two (23, in Block Sixteen (16), <br />in Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, as recorded in Book 93, on page 63, of Deed Records <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Such Cecel C. Chapman died October 1, 1948, and was buried <br />by me in the Grand Island City cemetery at Grand Island, Nebraska <br />on October , 1948. Such Vernon R.
