Gallup, husband and wife, has this day sold to herald W. Gewooke WA <br />DQuo L. G4ftmoks, <br />Lot $9 in Geer Sub Division of Lots 6, 7 kad 8 of Garret-its Sub Division of Port of <br />the BJ of Sec. 9, • 1.1 N., Rge+ 9 west of the 6th. P. M, to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall ounty, Nebraskan <br />for the sum Of $6,600.00 and made and executed a Warranty Deed which accompanies this <br />instrumaent. <br />That said purchase price shall be paid as follows, to -wits <br />$$00.00 of this date panty and $108»56 on or before March 7, 1957) $108#56 an April 7i <br />19571 $108956 on V*y 7, 19671 $106.66 an Jung 7, 1967 and $58«50 July7, 1957 and a gibs <br />amount each 7th of every month thereafter to and including February 7, 1969. Gallup and George S. Gallup shall furnish on abstract showing <br />good and morohantible title to said land, to be approved by the purchasers, Attorney, <br />which shall a000mpssry the said dead* <br />it is agreed that the purchaser shall keep than property insured in the sum of <br />$6,900.00 and the policy assigned to the seller. Loss, if arty, during the pendency of <br />this contracts to be applied on contract or for repairs or rebuilding the building <br />Insured* <br />The Deed herewith shall be delivered to Said Gerald W. Gesock�e and Donna L. <br />Geweeks upon their making full payment of puroHase price as hereinbefore set forth* <br />purchaser at his option may elect to take deed upon payment of fifty per cent (50 %) <br />of the purchase price and all accrued interest, and surrender of this contract. At <br />such time, the purchaser will execute to the Seller a note for the balance of the <br />purchase price and a mortgage to secure the eame, both to be in form and substranoo <br />satisfactory to the Seller.
