STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss. <br />COTTNTY OF HALL ) <br />A F F I D A V I T <br />I, Wesley Sorensen, being first duly sworn on my oath depose and say that I <br />am a resident of Cairo in Hall County, Nebraska, and have been such for more than <br />twenty years last past; that I personally well knew George F. Filsinger and Nina E. <br />Filsinger for many years during their lifetime and particularly on the lst day of <br />i1,av, 1947, on which date they conveyed by warranty deed recorded in Book 91 at Page <br />324 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine <br />(9) and Ten (10) in Block One (1) of Robinson's Addition to <br />the Town of Cairo in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />to Florence J. Johnson, in which deed they retained a life estate for and during <br />the natural lifetime of each of them in and to said premises; and on said lst day <br />of May, 1947 they conveyed by warranty deed recorded in Rook 91 at Pale 325 of the <br />Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />The East Half of the Last Half of the Southeast Quarter (E2ElSL-) <br />of Section Twenty -seven (27) in Tovmship Twelve (12) North, Range <br />Twelve (12), lvilest of the 6th P.,I., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />to Ethel ^1. Boodry, in w'nich deed they retained a life estate for and during the <br />natural lifetime of each of them in and to said premises; <br />I further positively state of my own personal knowledge that said George F. <br />Filsinger died September 25, 19h7, and that said Nina E. Filsinger died February 1, <br />1957, and that both of said persons are buried in the -it.
