ORIGINAL <br />L E A S E <br />Lease covering premises on -East Highway 30, east of limits <br />of City of Grand Island, in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska. <br />1, THIS LEASE made and entered into this 2-7 6c- day of Novem- <br />ber, 1956, by and between BOSSELMAN & EATON, INC., a Nebraska <br />corporation, with its principal place of business at Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, hereinafter called LANDLORD, and THE FIRESTONE TIRE <br />RUBBER COMPANY, an Ohio corporation, hereinafter called TENANT, <br />WITNESSETH THAT: <br />Description 2. Landlord hereby leased to Tenant and Tenant hires <br />from Landlord the following described tract and part of the <br />West Half of the Southwest (quarter (W % SW %) of Section Eleven <br />(11), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), West of the 6th <br />P.M. in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Starting at the point of intersection of the West line of Bosselman <br />& Eaton's property with the North right -of -way line of U.S. Highway <br />30; thence running Northerly along said West property line a dis- <br />tance of Four Hundred Eighty -One and Eighty -Seven Hundredths (481.87) <br />feet; thence deflecting right 640 34' and running Northeasterly and <br />parallel to the North right -of -way line of U. S. Highway 30 a distance <br />of Two Hundred Fifty and Six Tenths (250.6) feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence continuing Northeasterly and parallel to the North <br />right -of -way line of U. S. Highway 30, a distance of One Hundred <br />Sixty (160.0) feet; thence deflecting left 900 00 and running North- <br />westerly a distance of One Hundred Forty -Five (145.0) feet; thence <br />deflecting left 90000 and running Southwesterly and parallel to the <br />North right -of -way line of U. S. Highway 30, a distance of One <br />Hundred Sixty (160.0) feet; thence deflecting left 900 00 and running <br />Southeasterly a distance of One Hundred Forty -Five (145.0) feet <br />to the point of beginning and containing 0.533 acres more or less. <br />as depicted in the plat of survey, attached hereto, as made <br />Engineer <br />by Lloyd L.
