All payments and <br />settlements to be made at the home of Ed,L, Batie, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />When the party of the second part has completed payment <br />of 0500.00, the.said parties of the first part, their legal <br />representatives or assigns, agree to make to said party of <br />the second part, his legal representatives or assigns, a <br />valid title in fee simple to the above described premises, <br />and for that purpose to execute and deliver to the said <br />party of the second part a good and sufficient warranty <br />deed free and clear of all encumbrances except in so far as <br />the remainder of the purchase price is received. <br />
