Braun, <br />one of the Grantors in a Warranty Deed dated February 7, 1955, <br />acknowledged February 7, 1955, and filed of record February 10, <br />1955, recorded in Book 114, at Page 4, in the Deed Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that affiant knows of her own person- <br />al knowledge that the said Frances Braun and Frances I.
