<br />at Page 451 in the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and that
<br />affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that the said Amns A.
<br />Beagle was a widower at the t1me the Deed 1, is executed. AfCAPnt
<br />also states that Tie is well and personally ac ,uainted with Fred
<br />Jesse and Dorothy Jesse, the Grantors in a Warranty Deed dated 11ov-
