L EA S E <br />CHARLES W. KUNZ and ISABELLE KUNZ, husband and <br />wife., for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar <br />($1.00)', in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, do hereby least to WEBSTER AUGUSTINE of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, the following described prop- <br />erty, to -wit: <br />That part of the Platte River bed lying South <br />of the property owned by the Lessors in the <br />East Half of Section Thirteen (13), Town- <br />ship Nine �E-;;) 9) North, Range Twelve (12), Vest <br />of the 6th P. N., owned by the Lessors, and <br />extending to that part of the Platte River bed <br />immediately South thereof owned by Ernest W. <br />Augustine,, <br />together with all the islands, tow heads, sandbars and <br />other similar formations located thereon, and in addit- <br />ion thereto, the Lessors do grant to the Lessee the ex- <br />clusive right to use the Southerly Ten (10) Feet of the <br />bank lying North of the property herein leased for <br />hunting purposes. <br />It is understood that the Lessee is to use said <br />Ten (10) foot strip solely for hunting purposes and for <br />egress and ingress, but that he may use the bed of the <br />river with the islands, etc., therein contained, to that <br />part of the river owned by Ernest W. Augustine for any <br />lawful purpose whatsoever. <br />This Lease shall commence November 8th, 1956, and <br />shall run for a period of one year from this date.
