CANDISH, being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is a resident of Grand Island, Nebraska and has been for more than thirty years last past and is Secretary of the Equitable Building & Loan Association; that affiant was well and personally acquainted with EMIL P. REHER and IRENE B. REHER, husband and wife, who received a warranty deed to the above described property filed August 11, 1941 and recorded in Book 81 of Deeds at Page 667 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; that affiant knows of his own personal knowledge' that the said Emil P. Reher and Irene B. Reher had on several occasions given real estate mortgages on said property to the Equitable Building & Loan Association. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the said Emil P. Reher, sometimes known as Emil Peter Reher, died at Grand Island, Nebraska on the 17th day of June, 1954; that affiant is familiar with the property owned by the said Emil P. Reher and knows of his own personal knowledge that the said Emil P. Reher owned no other property, real or personal, other than an interest in and to the above described property and the value of the decedent's interest in and to the above described property did not exceed the sum of $ oo at the date of his death, said sum being the only property owned by the decedent in his own right or jointly with any other personi that said property was the home- stead of Emil P.
