<br />Hall County, Nebraska; that the following is a tr e and exact copy of the notice
<br />of the meeting held for the purposes therein stated, tc -wit:

<br />IN GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA:
<br />You are hereby notified that on the 4th day of 'N'ovember, 1.956, at 12 :00
<br />o'clock Noon of said day, at the church edifice of said Trinity Lutheran
<br />Church - Misso -iri Synod, in Grand Island, Hall. County, Nebraska1, at 212
<br />;est Twelfth Street in Grand Island, Nebraska, a meeting of the Voting
<br />?embers of said ch,.irch will be held for the ;)urpose of passing upon the
<br />sale of the following; described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Seventy -one (71) of the
<br />Criginal Town, now Cit,v of Grand Island, situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />to Grand Island revival Center f or the purchase price of Sixteen Thousand
<br />Five Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00).

<br />and that said notice was given at all regular weekly services of such incorporated
<br />religious association in the said church edifice and regular place of meeting of said
<br />religious association on October 1.4, 1956, October 21, 1956, and October 28, 1956; .
<br />I do further certify that at said meeting of the members of said Trinity
<br />Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, held at
<br />said church edifice pursuant to the above notice on November 4, 1956 at the hour of
<br />12 o'clock Noon of said day, the following Resolution, to -wit:
<br />"BE IT RESOLVED by the Voting Members of Trinity Lutheran Church -
<br />Missouri Synod, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, an incorporated
<br />religious association having a church edifice and regular place of meet-
<br />ing in said City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, that the follow-
<br />ing described real estate, to wit:
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Seventy -one (71) of the
<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />be sold by said Church to Grand Island Revival Center for the purchase price
<br />of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00); and upon payment of
<br />said sum by said purchaser to the Treasurer of this religious association,
<br />that the Trustees, Bruno Herzberg, Frank Kunze, Arnold Meyer, Herman Quandt,
<br />E. H. Cordes, Edward Arnold and Robert Mettenbrink, being the Trustees of
<br />Trinity Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, make, execute and deliver on behalf of said. religious associa-
<br />tion a good and sufficient warranty deed to said purchaser conveying said
<br />premises to it, and furnishing said purchaser with an abstract of title
<br />showing a clear marketable title to said premises with power in said
<br />Trustees to make said conveyance, and to do all necessary acts incidental
<br />to the accomplishment and completion of the sale of said real estate
<br />above mentioned. ",
