<br />shall be entitled to maI e any necessary repairs or replacements to said
<br />sanitary sewer line but shall be obligated to bear the ex_ ense of such
<br />repairs or replacements and shall restore the premises naried first above,
<br />at their of -7n expense, to substantially the same condition as ti,.ey i -ere
<br />,-r.ior to such repairs or replacements,
