EASEMENT FOR SEWER PURPOSES <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Louie Matousek and Celia Matousek, <br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of each other, grantors, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt where- <br />of is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto Robert L. Bochart and Donna <br />J. Bochart, as joint tenants, their assigns and the heirs and assigns of the <br />survivor of them, an easement for sanitary sewer line purposes under and <br />across the following described premises, to -wit : - <br />The West Sixty -three (63) feet of Lots Two Hundred Thirty -three and <br />Two Hundred Thirty -four (233 & 234) in West Lawn, an Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />for the use and benefit of the following described premises, to -wit: <br />The East Seventy -seven (77) feet of Lots Two Hundred Thirty -three and <br />Two,.Hundred Thirty -four (233 & 234) in West Lawn, an Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />said easement for sanitary sewer line purposes shall-extend only to that <br />portion of the premises named first above where the present sanitary sewer <br />line is located. The grantees and their heirs and assigns shall be entitled <br />to make necessary repairs or replacements to said sanitary sewer line but <br />shall be obligated to bear the expense of such repairs or replacements and <br />shall restore the premises named first above to substantially the same condi- <br />tion as they were prior to making such repairs or replacements and at their <br />own expense. <br />WITNESS our hands this 11th day of September, 1956. <br />State of Nebraska ) <br />ss: <br />County of Hall ) <br />On this 11th day of September, 1956, before me, the undersigned, a <br />Notary Public within and for said county, personally came the above -named <br />Louie Matousek and Celia Matousek, each in his and her own right and as <br />spouse of each other, who are personally known to me to be the identical <br />persons whose names are affixed to the above instrument, and they severally <br />ackn.9 the,execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed. <br />VV <br />T5*&nd and notarial seal the date last above written.
