received a life interest in said. estate but that he de- <br />parted this life on or about the 1st day of December, <br />1925; that at all times since February, 1932 affiant <br />has been in full and complete possession of all of said <br />premises and has purchased the same from the heirs of <br />Lottie Burmood through Quit Claim Deeds which are now <br />of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska; that affiant and his predecessors have <br />been and are still in possession of said real estate in <br />an unbroken chain from April 5, 1926 to the present time. <br />Affiant further states that he knows of his own <br />personal knowledge that no person or persons have ever <br />questioned the ownership or title to said property nor <br />have any person or persons ever claimed any interest <br />therein or any adverse possession thereto or ever made <br />any claim of any kind to said property or any part there- <br />of and that the heirs of Lottie Burmood were the owners <br />thereof at all times from February 26, 1932 to this date <br />and that the dwelling house on said premises and the <br />three lots above described have been in the absolute <br />control and possession of the affiant herein and no part <br />of said premises has been occupied or in the possession <br />of any other person except the affiant herein; that the <br />said Esther Laura Tibbits departed this life on or about <br />October 12, 1950;that affiant has obtained deeds from her <br />sole heirs, Emma Meyer and Archie C.
