Brown, grantor, reserved for himself the life use of said property; and that she is one and the same person who was grantee in a -uit claim deed executed by her father afore -said on date of Cctoi...er 29, 192,9, which deed was for the purpose of divesting said grantor of the life estate which he had previously retained, which deed was filed for record in the office of the IrLegister of Deeds of 'call County, Nebraska, on date of rovember 1, 1949, and recorded in 1ook 96 of Deeds at Page 414 thereof.
