IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSERVATORSHIP ) <br />ORDER <br />OF ) <br />APPOINTING CONSERVATOR <br />The Estate of Hattie C. Callahan ) <br />On this 26th day of April, 1956, this matter came on to be <br />heard before the court upon the application for and nomination of a <br />conservator for the estate of Hattie C. Callahan and said matter was <br />submitted to the court upon the files and the evidence, upon consider- <br />ation whereof the court finds: <br />That said application should be granted; that Hattie C. Calla- <br />han is unfit by reason of physical infirmities of old age to manage <br />her estate with prudence and understanding; and that Donald H. weaver <br />should be appointed conservator of her estate and the amount of his <br />bond fixed at the sum of $4000.00. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT <br />that Donald H. Weaver be and he hereby is appointed conservator of <br />the estate of Hattie C.
