Cary, Secretary of the Finance Committee of The <br />Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin do <br />hereby certify that at a meeting of the said Committee held on January 6, <br />1956, at which a quorum was present, the following resolution was duly <br />adopted, pursuant to Article XVIII of the By -laws: <br />RESOLCED, That A. H. Alexander, Manager of City Loans; Karl Maier, <br />Jr., Manager of Residence Loans, F. E. Ferguson, Manager of Farm Loans; and <br />C. A. Westring, Superintendent of Mortgage Loans, be and are hereby severally <br />designated with authority to execute and acknowledge on behalf of the <br />Company the following instruments: <br />1. Releases, assignments, and extensions of real estate <br />notes and chattel notes and mortgages owned by the <br />Company. <br />2.
