Krzycki, one of <br />the Grantors in a Deed dated May 27, 1952, acknowledged <br />May 27, 1952, and filed of record June 4, 1952, in Book <br />104, at Page 286, in the Deed Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and that affiant knows, of his own personal <br />knowledge, that the said Joseph S.
