Watson, of lawful age, being duly sworn upon his oath, <br />states that he Was well acquainted with Rose B, Holly during her lifetime <br />and makes this affidavit with respect to the Southwest quarter (94-) of <br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West, in <br />Hall County, Nebraska. Affiant states that he represented Rose B. Holly <br />as her attorney for a number of years and on or about July 1, 1953, pre- <br />pared a Deed to the above described property by which the same was con- <br />veyed to Melita H. Riley, a daughter of Rose B. Holly with the said Rose <br />B. Holly reserving a life estate in said premises; that Rose B. HoL',y ° <br />died at Joplin, Missouri, on November 30, 1954. Her body was sent to <br />Peru, Illinois, for burial in Peru Cemetery.
