Whyte acknowledged <br />the warranty deed now appearing of record in Book 99 on page 91 of <br />Deed Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of hail County, <br />Nebraska, conveying Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Eleven (11) <br />Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />on April 18, 1`1249, wherein John T. Whyte and Mary Whyte, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in coranon, are named as <br />grantees. <br />Both such John T. Whyte and Mary Whyte were present in my office <br />at the time of the execution and ackno,a.•ledgement of such conveyance by <br />such John T. Whyte and such instrument was delivered by the grantor <br />in my presence to the grantee Mary Whyte and was thereafter left with <br />me by the grantees John T. Whyte and Mary Whyte with instructions to <br />file and record the same in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />1, as attorney,prepared such instrument and know that it was the <br />intention of such I�Aiary Ihyte and John T.
