- J - <br />It is further agreed that if any rent shall be due and uizpaid, or default <br />has been made in any of the covenants herein contained pertaining to lessee, <br />that it shall then be lawful for lessor to re -enter said premises and <br />lessee agrees to vacate said premises without further notice.
