Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a contract dated <br />January 6, 1956, S. N.Wolbach Sons, Inc., ,a Nebraska corporation, <br />has leased the property hereinafter described from F. M. Rauch <br />Company for a term beginning February 1, 1956, and ending January 31,..: <br />1976, said property being more particularly described as follows: <br />A. A storeroom located at 313 West Third Street, Grand. <br />Island Nebraska, and described as the easterly one- <br />third (1/3) of Lot Three (3), Block Sixty -six (66), <br />in the original town, now the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />B. A warehouse in Grand Island, Nebraska, described as <br />follows: <br />A certain part of Lot `.['wo (2) in Fractional Section <br />Nineteen (19) and a certain part of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1:) of the Southwest Quarter (SWI') of <br />Section Twenty (20), both in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point where the West line of <br />Fractional Section 19 -11 -9 in'ter'sects the present <br />North right of way line of the CB&Q Railroad <br />Company, Belt Line, such point being 1,404.9 <br />feet North of the Southwest corner of said <br />Fractional Sections; running thence due North <br />along the West line of said Fractional Section <br />159.2 feet; thence East 264 feet; running thence <br />due South 170.8 feet to the present North right <br />of way line of said railroad belt line; running <br />thence westerly along the present North right of <br />way line of said railroad belt line 264.3 feet <br />to the place of beginning, containing one (1) <br />acre, more or less, .32 acres being in Lot Two(2), <br />Fractional Section 19 -11 -9, and .68 acres being <br />in the Northwest Quarter (NWw) of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SW-!) of Section 20 -11 -9. <br />Said lease further gives the S.
