In Re: Proof of death of Annabell Detamore, wife of Charles F. <br />Detamore and one of the grantees in a certain Warranty <br />Deed conveying Lot 10, in Block 23, in College Addition <br />to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, which <br />deed is recorded in Book 93, at Page 166 of the feed Re- <br />cords of Hall county, Nebraska. <br />State of '�ebraska ) <br />County of Hall ) <br />James Livingston, after being first duly sworn, on oath <br />deposes. and says that he is a resident of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />and is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in and by the <br />State of Nebraska; <br />That, on April 15, 1945, Annabell Detamore, known to him <br />to be the wife of Charles F. Detamore, did die in Grand Island, <br />Hall county, Nebraska; <br />That, he did prepare the body of Annabell Detamore for <br />burial on that date; <br />That, on April 18, 1945, he did supervise the burial of <br />the dead body of Annabell Detamore in the Phillips cemetery, lo- <br />cated in Hamilton county, near to Phillips, Nebraska; <br />That, he did know the said Annabell Detamore during her <br />life -time; did know that she was the wife of Charles F.
