Roeser, being; first duly sworn on iffy oath. depose and say that I arm <br />a resident of Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska, and ha", been Such•for more <br />than fifty years last past; that Anna Leonardt, who wao;';a. daughter of ,'Will:iam <br />Stolley, was my aunt and Antonie Kreisle was her daughter and a cousin of mine; <br />that I positively know that my said cousin Antonie Kreisle purchased <br />Lots Nineteen (19), Twenty -one (21) and Twenty -three (23) in <br />Block "C" in Park -View Subdivision.,located in the Northeast <br />Quarter (NEB-) of Section Twenty -nine (29) and the Northwest <br />�?uarter (NWT) of Section Twenty -eight (28), both in Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), ''vest of the 6th P.M., in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />from The Stolley Trust Estate and took title thereto in the name of Antonie Leonardt <br />Kreisle in the'rwarranty deed recorded in Book 86 at Page 497 of the Deed Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska-, 1 further pesitivelar know that mar said cousin sold said <br />Lots Nineteen (19), I%renty -one (21) and 'Twenty -three (23) in said Block "C" to <br />Walter R. Stryker and Jessie M. Stryker, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants and not <br />as Tenants in Co:iunon, which sales were evidenced by the warranty deeds recorded in <br />Book 96 at Pages 49 and 188 respectively, which warranty deeds my said cousin <br />executed in the name of Antonie L. Kreisle with her husband Edwin C. Kreisle, and <br />that the Antonie Leonardt Kreisle named as grantee in the warranty deed recorded in <br />Book 86 at Page 497 hereinbefore described is one and the same and identical <br />person as the Antonie L.
