Johnson, President, and Irving D. Augustine, Vice President, be and is hereby authorized to execute releases of mortgages and assignment of rents owned by this Association. a IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attestation of :each of the above named ;persons' signatures to such mortgage releases acrd release of rental assignments by either H.
