Rembolt, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, residing <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, being first duly sworn on oath <br />depose and say that at the time of the death of Piyra Mabel <br />Finch on February 15, 1952, with whom I was acquainted, that <br />she and her husband, Harl Finch, owned no other real estate <br />except their home legally described as Lot Seven (7) Block <br />One (1) Gilbert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebr- <br />aska, which was owned by said Harl Finch and .Tyra T.abel Finch <br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship and was their <br />homestead, which property was sold on June 14, 1956, for the <br />consideration of 8,000.00. I further say that said Myra <br />Mabel Finch had interest in no other property at the time of <br />her death. <br />Further deponent saith not <br />r � <br />E. L.
