I, John F. McCarthy, of legal age and a resident of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, being first duly sworn on oath,
<br />depose and say that I am a licensed, practicing, attorney
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and that Donald
<br />Coleman, whose name appears as grantor in a Warranty Deed
<br />dated May 20, 1946, is one and the same person as Donald
<br />J. Coleman, whose name appears as one of the heirs to the
<br />George A. Hoes Estate, whose probate proceedings were in-
<br />stituted in Hall County, Nebraska, the decree being entered
<br />on July 23, 1946, and that Donald Coleman and Donald J.
<br />Coleman are one and the same person notwithstanding the dis-
<br />crepancy in names.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that
<br />George A. Hoes, whose name appears as grantee in a Warranty
<br />Deed filed for record in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds on September 23, 1937, and recorded in Book 76, Page
<br />65, is one and the same person as George A. Hoes, whose es-
<br />tate proceedings were instituted in the County Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and the decree entered on the 23rd
<br />day of July, 1946, notwithstanding the discrepancy in names
<br />and initials.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that
<br />Bertha Cordes, whose names appears as grantor on a Warranty
<br />Deed filed for record on September 7, 1946, in Book 89 at
<br />Page 351, in the Register of Deeds Office, is one and the same
<br />person as Bertha D. Cordes, whose name appears in the estate
<br />proceedings of the George A. Hoes Estate, and the decree
<br />entered on July 23, 1949, and that Bertha Cordes and Bertha
<br />D. Cordes are one and the same person notwithstanding the
<br />discrepancy in names.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that
<br />William H. Dudey, whose name appears as grantor in a deed
<br />filed for record on September 7, 1946, is one and the same
<br />person as William Dudey whose name appears in the estate pro-
<br />ceedings of the George A. Hoes Estate, the decree being
<br />entered on the 23rd day of July, 1946, and that William H.
<br />Dudey and William Dudey are one and the same person notwith-
<br />standing the discrepancy in names.
