<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 9, 1999
<br />executed by Richard D Devore and Patricia Devore, husband and wife; as Trustor(s), in which FIRST STA'TE BANK,
<br />Shelton, Nebraska (now Cornerstone Bank, Successor in interest to First State Bank, Shelton, Nebraska), is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded June 11, 1999, Instrument No. 99-105942 of Mortgage
<br />Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder,
<br />a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Tnist have been paid and a
<br />portion of the property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, TI�REFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally enritled
<br />therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described real
<br />estate, tawit:
<br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E 1/2 NW 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, except that portion thereof used for railroad and
<br />highway purposes and excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Warrant Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 94-104204 (approximately 65.43 acres) (allocated purchase price -$110,952.00).
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust being
<br />partially released hereby shall remain in efJ`'ect as to all other real estate described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of Reconveyance
<br />to be executed by Daryl L. Wilton , Senior Vice President and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on
<br />March 30, 2012.
