ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS

<br />;by the Equitable Building and Loan Association, of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />carparation, and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
<br />hereby ackr4wledged, do hereby assign, transfer and set over to said Association,
<br />as collateral security for the duration of the loan, all the rents, income, and
<br />profits accreting upon the following described property, situated in the County of
<br />Hall, State of Nebraska, to- wit; -
<br />Araotional Lot Five (5), in Fractional Block Six (6), in Spaulding and Gregg's
<br />ddition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and its complement to -wit: - A

<br />part of Lot One , of subdivision of Lots Thirteen (13) and Sixteen (16), and\
<br />part of Lots Eight (8), Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Fourteen (14), of the County
<br />Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE SWl) of Section
<br />Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth
<br />(6th) P.M., which together with said Lot Five (5), makes a full Lot of Sixty -Six
<br />(66) Feet fronting on First Street and One Hundred Thirty -Two (132) Feet Deep
<br />along the Easterly side of Jefferson Street in said City;
<br />And we hereby authorize and empower The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association, of Grand Island, Nebraska, its authorized agenter and attorneys, to
<br />act forus and rent the above described premises, and in our place collect and
<br />receipt for -said rent, at such prices and upon such terms as it may see'*fit. It is
<br />further expressly stipulated that, if the assignors, or their successors, occupy
<br />sand premises during the existance of said loan, the Assignee shall have the same
<br />rights of forfeiture, ejectment for forcible entry, and detainer, as such assignee
<br />might have against any other tenant, who has no' interest or title in and to said
<br />premises. The temporary waiver of the collection of the rents shall not be con-
<br />ad as Grs gtituting a relinquishment of the rights granted hereunder, which

<br />',This: Assignuent of rent being made for the express purpose of having said `

<br />Said Association may, in its discretion, use the rents so far as it may
<br />deea necessary, .1k, the purpose of making such repairs upon the promises, as, in

<br />paxmOfit of insurance premiume and taxes upon said premises. It shall also
