<br />to the City of Grand Island, hereinafter referred to as Tract

<br />extending to and for the service of such Tract "1311;

<br />in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and other valual
<br />consideration, the first parties each in his and her own right hereby
<br />grant to the second parties, their heirs, devisees, or assigns, a
<br />perpetual easement and right of way for the maintenance, replacement,
<br />repair. and operation of such water pipe and such gas pipe throu. ^.:-',
<br />along and across the westerly side of such northerly 4,r. feat of
<br />such Lots 4 in 31ock 73 in `'','heeler & Lennett's Third ;iddition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, together with the right of ingress and
<br />egress from and to the przmises for the purposc of inspecting, re-
<br />pairing, maintaining, renewing and replacing such water pipe and such
<br />gas pipe or either of them, subject to the condition and the second
<br />parties as further consideration for this grant, each in his and her
<br />own right, for himself and herself, assigns, and the heirs, devisees
<br />and assigns of the survivor of them, hereby agree to restore first
<br />parties, their heirs, devisees or assigns, all fences, s_zrubs, trees,
<br />sod, turf and grounds disturbed or removed to tr:e sa.ie condition as
<br />existed prior to the sa }7e being disturbed or re_noved for any purpose
