may be laid and maintained; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the grant by Second Parties <br />to the First Party of certain rights of way in the streets and through the blocks <br />of such subdivision for the laying and maintenance of natural gas distribution <br />lines, and in ,consideration of the purchase hereafter by various persons of <br />lots in such subdivision in reliance upon this agreement, the First Party here- <br />by releases and forever quit claims to the Second Parties, their heirs and as- <br />signs any and all rights to construct, lay, or maintain a pipe line or pipe lines <br />outside of a strip of land nineteen feet (191) wide running North and South across <br />the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, the west boundary of which <br />is located parallel to and three feet (3') east of the west line of the. said East <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter and the east boundary of which is located parallel <br />to and twenty -two feet (22') east of the west line of the said East Half of the said <br />Northeast Quarter and outside of a strip of land nineteen feet (191) wide running <br />East and West across the East Half of the Northeast Quarter, the north boundary <br />of which is located parallel to and forty feet (401) south of the North line of the <br />said East Half of the Northeast Quarter and the south boundary of which is located <br />parallel to and fifty -nine (591) South of the North Line of said East Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter, all in said Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 9 West, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, so that Second Parties, their heirs, and assigns shall here- <br />after have and enjoy such parts of such East Half of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M. , herein released <br />free from and absolutely discharged from such right of way grants as recorded <br />in such Book "Q ", Page 302, and Book "V ", Page 1 aforesaid. <br />It is understood and agreed, however, that in the development of said <br />subdivision, Second Parties, their heirs and assigns, shall not interfere in any <br />way with First Party's pipeline and right of way herein reserved, and that the <br />said strips of land described above shall be kept free and clear at all times of all <br />buildings, fences, pole lines, shrubbery (except grass), and .other structures or <br />obstructions by Second Parties, their heirs and assigns.
