AGREEIV_ENT AND EASEIYIENT <br />This agreement made this;` day of ;: 1955, <br />by and between E. A. Watson, a widower, of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />first party, and A. J. Koelling and Vance Koelling, his wife, of <br />Hastings, Nebraska, and H. B. Heilig and Retta W. Heilig, his <br />wife, of Rozel, Kansas, second parties. <br />RECITALS <br />A. E. A. Watson is the owner of the East half of the South- <br />east quarter, and the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter <br />of Section 1 -9 -10, Hall County, Nebraska, referred to as premises <br />of first party, on which an irrigation well is located, referred <br />to herein as Well #1. <br />B. Second parties are owners of the Northwest quarter of <br />said Section on which an irrigation well is located,referred to <br />herein as Well #2. <br />C. The parties desire to construct a natural gas line <br />running from the main of Kansas Nebraska Natural Gas Co., Inc. at <br />a point in or near Doniphan, Nebraska, to supply gas to the pumps <br />for each of said wells. The gas line is to extend along the south <br />boundary and the west boundary of the premises of first parties, <br />and thence west across the west half of the northeast quarter of <br />said section to the premises of second parties. Well #1 is located <br />close to the west boundary of the premises of first party at a <br />point approximately 80 rods north of the south boundary of said <br />premises. <br />
