<br />receipt of which -is acknowledged, do * here by grant, convey and confirm
<br />unto E. A. WATSON, ALBERT J. KOELLIITG, AND H. B. HEILIG, Jointly and /or
<br />eithex of them separately, their heirs or assigns (herein after collectively
<br />called Grantees), the right -of way and easement to construct , install,
<br />maintain, renew, replace and operate a pipe line, either above or below
<br />ground, and appurtenances thereto, for the transportation of gas, in, on,
<br />over and through the followingdescribed land situated in the County of Hall,
<br />and the State of Nebraska to wit:

<br />TO HAVE AND TO MOLD said right-of-way and easement unto said
<br />Grantees, or either of them or their assigns, so long as such pipeline,
<br />and appurtenances thereto, shall be maintained; together with the right
<br />of ingress tc and egress from said premises for the ;urpose of constructing,
<br />inspecting, repairing, maintaining, renewing and replacing the property of
<br />Grantees located thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part, at will
<br />of Grantees, or either of them. Grantors retain the right to use and enjoy
<br />said premises, subject only to the right of Grantees to use the same for the
<br />purposes herein expressed.
<br />All pipeline installed or constructed on the surface of or above
<br />ground shall parallel established property line of the Grantors
