<br />of ingress to and egress from said. -oremisc;s for the -ourpose of constricting,
<br />inspecting, repairing, maintaining, renewing and replacing the property of
<br />Grantees located thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part, at will
<br />of Grantees, or either of them. Grantors retain the right to use and enjoy
<br />said %remises, subject only to the ri£;ht of Grantees to use the same for the
<br />purposes herein expressed.
<br />All pipeline installed or constructed on the surface of or above
<br />ground shall -parallel established property line of the rrantor.s.
