E A S E M E N T
<br />WHEREAS Bedie Scott, a single person, is the owner of the South
<br />Forty -Four (44) feet of Lot Four (4), Block Seventy -Four (74), ori-
<br />ginal town, now city of Grand Island, Hall County, .Nebraska, and,
<br />WHEREAS Henry J. Wright and
<br />owners of the North Eighty -eight
<br />Seventy -Four (74), original town,
<br />County, Nebraska and,
<br />Lida Wright, husband and wife are
<br />(88) feet of Lot Four (4), Block
<br />now city of Grand. Island, Hall
<br />WHEREAS the parcel of land described above belonging to Henry
<br />J. Wright and Lida Wright is served by a sewer connection crossing
<br />the lend described above belonging to Bedie Scott and the parcel
<br />of land described above belonging to Bedie Scott is served with
<br />the water connection which crosses the parcel of lard described
<br />above belonging to Henry J. Wright and Lida Wright, and,
<br />NOW THEREFORE it is agreed for and in the consideration of
<br />X1.00 and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged that Bedie Scott, owner and Henry J. Wright and Lida
<br />Wright as owners, herewith grant, assign, bargain and sell to each
<br />other as owners, a perpetual Easement over, across and under the
<br />barticularly described lands as set forth above, whereby the pre-
<br />sent existing utilities of water, sewer, and including gas, electri-
<br />city and telephone, may be continued to be used permanently for the
<br />use and benefit of the other premises as they now exist.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED that each respective party agrees that
<br />any and all damages arising from the use of the right of this Ease-
<br />ment as they now exist shall be paid by the one exercising the right
<br />of Easement; and that the property will be placed in the same condi-
<br />tion as they find it if and when repairs may be necessary in the
<br />fulfillment of these respective mutual Easements.
<br />This respective Easement and Agreement is binding upon all
<br />the parties, their successors, assigns, heirs, executors and admin-
<br />istrators.

<br />On this day of May, 1955, before me, the undersigned,
<br />a Notary'Public within and for said county, personally came the
<br />above named Bedie Scott, a single nersor_, and henry J. Wright and
<br />Lida Wright, each in his and her own right and as spouse of each
<br />other, and did severally acknowledge the execution of the foregoing
<br />instrument to be their voluntary act and deed, each of them being
<br />personally known to me to be the identical persons whose names are
<br />affixed to the foregoing instrument.
