Cronin, being first .duly sworn upon <br />oath, deposes and says that he prepared, and as a Notary <br />Public took the acknowledgment of the grantors on that <br />certain warranty deed recorded in book 11Z at page 5 93 <br />of the deed records in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying Lot Six (6) <br />and the East Half (E2) of Lot Eight (8), Riverside Farm <br />Subdivision of a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE-4) <br />of Section Twenty -nine (Z9) Township Eleven (11), North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the Fth P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, excepting therefrom that part conveyed to the <br />County of Hail by quit claim deed recorded in book 81 <br />at.oage 257 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />in which deed Homer 'vilson and Edna Lee '.Vilson, husband <br />and wife, are grantors, and Albert A. V'4egner and Erna <br />Wegner are named as grantees. That the designation of <br />Albert A. 've,rn.er as ore of the grantees in such deed was <br />an error in the preparation of such deed and that the <br />grantees therein should have been named and designated <br />as Albert E. Wegner and Erna :e finer and not as Albert.
