4 <br />ORDINANCE NOe�Q%� <br />4�, <br />An Ordinance extending the corporate limits of the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, by annexing thereto and including therein, an adds. <br />tion to be known and designated as West Heights Second Addition to <br />the City of Grand Ireland, Nebraska; approving the plat of said adds• <br />tion and approving the protective covenants and restrictions pertainim <br />to the lots, tracts and parcels of land in said addition, and all <br />proceedings had and done concerning the annexation thereof* <br />WHEREAS, Raymond A. Watson# Jr,, and Juanita Matson, husband <br />and wife, have made application to the City of Grand Island requesting <br />the annexation of an addition to be known and designated as West <br />Heights Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by <br />said City; that the corporate limits of said City be extended to <br />include said addition, and have submitted therewith a plat showing <br />the lots and blocks comprising said addition, together with streets, <br />alloys, avenues and public ways, and <br />hl,REAS, said petitioners have further submitted to said City <br />certain protective covenants and restrictions, which conditions are <br />to run with the title to the lots, tracts and parcels of land in said <br />addition, and shall be binding upon all successors in title thereto, <br />and <br />tAHEREAS$ the City Council has examined said application, plat <br />and protective covenants and restrictions, and has found that the <br />same should in all respects be approved* <br />NOW, THER'EFaRE, M IT ORDAINED dl THE CaUNCIL of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 1. That the application of the said Raymond A. Matson, <br />dre and Juanita Watson, husband and wife, to have West Heights <br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, annexed to <br />said City of Grand Island be, and the same is hereby grantdd; that <br />the plat of said addition, laying out said land into lots, blocks,. <br />streets, alleys, avenues and public ways be, and the same is hereby <br />in all respects approvede.. <br />SECTION 2. That the protective covenants and restrictions now <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, which run with the title to <br />the lots, tracts and parcels of*laasnd in said hest Heights Second <br />
