AGREEMENT <br />In consideration of payment of FIVE `THOUSAND DOLLARS (0000.00) <br />by Campbell Taggart Associated Bakeries, Ina, to the Jessee Baking <br />Company (a corporation) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and <br />the payment of other valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged by each of the signatories hereto, it is agreed as follows: <br />1, The Jessee Baking Company (a corporation) operates a bakery <br />at 365 North Jackson, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. C. C.Jessee and Clara E. Jessee, doing business as Jessee <br />Baking Company (a partnership) own a good and merchantable <br />title to the land and building in which said bakery oper- <br />ates, which property is more particularly described as: <br />All of Lots Five (5) , Six (6) , Seven (7) , and <br />Eight (8) in Block Two (2) in Kernohan and Decker's <br />Addition to the city of Grand. Island, as said lots <br />and block are laid down and described on the official <br />plat of sai d addition. A piece or parcel of land <br />situate in the northwest quarter of the southwest <br />quarter of Section ;sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) <br />north, Range Nine (9) 'West of 6th Principal Meridian, <br />at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, lying south- <br />easterly of a line that is parallel with and two <br />hundred (200) feet distant northwesterly, measured <br />at right ankles, from the center line of the original <br />main track of the Union Pacific Railroad Company <br />( said. original main track is the center track of <br />the three main tracks of said railroad company as <br />now maintained and operated) and lying southwesterly <br />of the southwesterly line of Monroe Street in the <br />city of Grand Island, as laid out and established, <br />being all that part of Block Nineteen (19) of Bonnie <br />Brae Addition to said city of Grand Island, which was <br />erroneously located, surveyed, staked out and platted <br />on said Railroad Company's four hundred (1{00) feet grant- <br />ed right -of -way. All in Ball County; lebraska; <br />subject to a mortgage in the amount of approximately <br />26,118,90 to file Overland A.'ational Bank of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska. <br />3, The Jessee Baking Company of Colorado aparates a bakery <br />at 126 North Front Street in the town of Sterling, Logan <br />County, Colorado. <br />C. C. Jessee and. Clara E. Jessee, doing business as the Jessee <br />Baking Company (a partnership) own a good and merchantable <br />title to the land and building in which said bakery operates, <br />which property is more particularly described as: <br />A part of the southeast quarter of the southeast <br />quarter of section Twenty-nine (29), Township Eight <br />(8) North, Range Fifty -two (52) West of the Sixth <br />Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing <br />at a point on the south line of southeast quarter of <br />Section Twenty -nine (29), Township bight (8) North, <br />Range Fifty -two (52) West of the Sixth Principal <br />Meridian, fifty (50) feet northwesterly from the <br />center line of Colorado Central Railroad main track, <br />now the Julesburg branch of the Union Pacific Railroad, <br />thence northeasterly, parallel with the said railroad <br />track, one hundred forty -four (1l h) feet for point of <br />beginning, thence continuing northeasterly parallel <br />
