Livingston, being first duly sworn and upon his oath, <br />deposes <<rnd says that he is now and has been for 40 years last past, <br />a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that he is now <br />and has been for more than 25 years last past, a licensed embalmer <br />and funeral director in said City of Grand Island,, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; that he was well and personally acquainted with Fredrick <br />Dahms, named as one of the Grantees in a certain Warranty Deed, con- <br />veying the above described premises to the said Fredrick Dahms and <br />Katherine Dahms, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, and not as <br />Tenants in Common, with right of survivorship, which deed is dated <br />February 1, 1944 and is recorded in Book 84, on Page 605 of the <br />Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; that the said Fredrick Dahms <br />departed this life on June 11, 1944, in Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />and that he officiated at his funeral, and that, he was buried on June <br />14, 1944, in the Grand Island Cemetery, in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Further affiant sayeth not. <br />_vbscribed <br />• :•rJ �'1L7. p � - -1955. <br />in my presence and <br />sw rn to before me t-hV1 6th day <br />Notary Public. <br />"Tly--commission expires o-y,, <br />Filed for record May 6, 1955, at 9.25 A.
