That part of Thomas Avenue and that part of <br />Harry Avenue in Rains First Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, extending from the south line of Roberts Avenue, south- <br />ward to the north line of the Chicago,, Burlington & 64uincy Rail- <br />road Company right of way be# and the same is hereby vacated. <br />SECTION 2.
