THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska s SECTION 1. That part of Thomas Avenue and that part of Harry Avenue in Rains First Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, extending from the south line of Roberts Avenue, south- ward to the north line of the Chicago,, Burlington & 64uincy Rail- road Company right of way be# and the same is hereby vacated. SECTION 2. That the title to that part of Thomas Avenue and Harry Avenue so vacated shall remain vested in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
