GRANT OF EASEMENT
<br />Robert J. Hill and Janice C. Hill, husband and wife, each in their own
<br />name and right and as the spouse of each other, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, do hereby grant and convey to Charles A. Pinkston and Lola B.
<br />Pinksto.n, husband and wife, as joint tenants andmt as tenants in common, with
<br />right of survivorship,. and to their heirs and assigns, for the sum of One Dollar
<br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, a
<br />right of way and easement for the installation and continued operation, maintenance,
<br />repair, alteration, inspection and replacement of a sewer line over, on and across
<br />the Easterly 55 feet of Lots 12 and 14, Block 9, of Scarff's Addition to West Lawn,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, for the benefit of the premises described
<br />as the Westerly 39 feet 8 inches of Lots 12 and 14, in Block 9, of Scarff's
<br />Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />'Together with all right of ingress and egress necessary for the full and
<br />complete use, occupation and enjoyment of said easement hereby granted.
