<br />I, John F. McCarthy, of legal age, a resident of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and a licensed, practicing,
<br />attorney in said City and State, after being first duly sworn
<br />on my oath, depose and say that I am personally acquainted with
<br />Winifred Clark shown at Entry #1611 and Winifred C. Clark, now
<br />Winifred C. Baldwin, shown at Entries #18 and #19, and
<br />they are one and the same person, regardless of the discrep-
<br />ancy in name.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that
<br />Catherine Bennett, whose name appears at Entry 117, and
<br />Catherine Simonson, whose name appears at Entry #18, are
<br />one and the same person, and that there is on record,in the
<br />Clerk of the District Courts office, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />a decree of divorce showing Catherine Bennett divorced from
<br />Rufus Bennett.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that in
<br />that�di�v��roe� ccenn t Key therine Simonson is listed as Lenore
<br />C. Bennett,^ and the are one and the same person.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I,depose and say that
<br />Exhibit "C" represents a divorce proceedings had in Case
<br />No.12404, and that the deed at Entry #18, showing Catherine
<br />Simonson and S.E. Simonson, wife and husband, was filed to
<br />transfer any interest that S.E. Simonson may have had in the
<br />within property.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that
<br />Catherine L. Simonson and Catherine Simonson at Entry #18, are
<br />one and the same person and that Simon E. Simonson and S.E.
<br />Simonson in said deed, are one and the same person, regard-
<br />less of the discrepancy in names.
<br />After being further duly sworn, .I depose and say that
<br />Catherine Geist was married to Benjamin J. Geist anal that
<br />a decree of divorce is on file in the Office of the Clerk of
<br />the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that
<br />Catherine L. Bennett and Katherine L. Bennett, set forth in
<br />the federal certificate, are one and the same person, regard-
<br />less of the discrepancy in names.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say
<br />at Entry #15, Exhibit "A ", Leroy C. Brown, was the owner of
<br />the within property and that he was a widower at Entries #16
<br />and #17.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that
<br />I was the attorney for Leroy C. Brown in Exhibit "B" and that
<br />they were divorced in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Case No. 10870.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that
<br />Leroy C.M. Brown and Leroy C. Brown, are one and the same per-
<br />son, and that Leroy C. Brown re -m rried Verla Brown, and that
<br />they were husband and wife on December 18, 1954, and on
<br />February 24, 1955.
